Site and Program Assessment and Accessibility Plan

"Policy, procedure, programming, and the physical plant" describes the range of our consultation with client institutions. ID provides detailed feedback to the client on where they stand in terms of ADA compliance, programs and materials accessibility, advertising reach to the elder market. Suggestions for saftey, storage, facility expansion, collections management, and other areas can be customized for each client.

Implementation of Access Plan

Bid specifications/timeline for this phase are customized, depending on client's organizational goals and resources available. Team members may include supervision of subcontracts, assistance to HR in employee recruitment, screening and hiring, and actual production and design work in exhibits, signage, internal and external media and marketing.

Identification of potential funding sources for program expansion/siteimprovement

Specifies national and local sources of private and public funds to advance expansion/improvement goals. Deliverables include funding timeframes, application forms, guidelines, names of local contacts.

Development of complete proposal for accomplishment of market expansion goals

Includes specification of necessary equipment, personnel and subcontractors required to achieve optimal market penetration

Marketing of new services and evaluation of impact

Includes short and long-range plan and development of measurement tools, data collection and analysis, with interim and annual reports to client.
